New resident. Everything is awesome so far. Mgmt and maintance are nice and handle things quickly and efficiently. Great bus line to metro and convenient to shopping center, and my church. Im loving it.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This place is absolutely disgusting and dirty! My first week here I’ve killed more than 20 roaches. My move in date I had to wait until they were finished cleaning, and doing repairs in my apartment before I could move in. There are holes in the baseboards of the apartment so the BIGGEST spiders and any type of big you could think of are coming in my apartment. I have reached out to the leasing office several times with complaints in the first month... since living here. Every time I go in the kitchen there is a roach there to greet me. I opened my refrigerator and there was a roach crawling inside. They claim to have “renovated” my kitchen but it’s disgusting. I have brand new cabinets and appliances that I don’t use. All of my food is locked up and stored away in storage totes because of this disgusting roach infested kitchen!!! My tub does not drain. I have to plunger the tub every single time I finish using it. I am beyond disgusted and want to break my lease ASAP! I’ve only been here 2 months. Blue ocean has the nerve to call me and email me about rental payments but can’t address your disgusting apartments!
