Very Courteous and Professional
I was greeted very professionally by the lady(Veronica) in the office. She answered all my questions and explained everything i didn't understand. After being on the waitlist for a year. I was approved and moved in. I Love Hillside park Apartments.

Don’t believe the FAKE reviews
Applied for the waiting list back in January and paid my application fee and I was told it would be a 6 month wait. I’ve been calling to check on my application regularly and just a few weeks ago I was told that I’m number 6 on the waiting list. Only for me to call TODAY and be told that I have to REAPPLY because the previous manager “left”. Which doesn’t even make any sense. What does that have to do with me? Mind you, no one thought to contact me to let me know what was going on. So basically... not only was my money wasted,but my time as well. Don’t believe the fake reviews on here. They probably wrote them themselves. I’m reporting to the BBB and the housing authority. This makes absolutely no sense. Good luck trying to get some answers because all they’ll do is take your information,claim they’ll call you back and never do. Stay away from this place!!

Great Place To Call Home
Great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly workers. The Manager is very kind and a good person and always have a smile on her face. The maintenance men get the job done as well.
