L on Liberty

I wish this building was NEVER bought out in that Towner Management was still the owners. In 3- yrs there has been 5 different property managers. Walls are super thin in cracking , there is no residential parking, Everytime you turn around they want to “inspect” your apt. The hallways reck of weed, all type of people they move in. No access to the computer room which is a amenity. The new manager burn candles in the leasing office in fall asleep. The carpet on each floor is stained, the trash... rooms are nasty with bugs flying around. Although the clean up person clean it’s still this way. The management is petty here. The hallways stay fairly quiet that’s about the only upside and in affordable living the apts are nice inside. Read More
