Great community
Friendly and accommodating staff and maintenance, the company also keeps the outside area very clean. Apartments rooms are large and every apartment has a porch or balcony. There are laundry facilities on site in the buildings with a convient card to load laundry money. Area is nice suburban feel and close to the beltway and downtown baltimore. Would recomend for anyone looking for a place to call home.

Great Management
I have been living at mallow hills for around 6 years now. The rent is affordable and the rooms are large, my favorite part about the apartment is the balcony which have a nice view of trees, which is great to be able to have that in baltimore city. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond, and follows up to make sure everything is fixed. The leasing staff is friendly for the most part and the managers (Sean and Crystel) have always been professional, friendly and helpful. I would... recommend for anyone who would like feel of living in the county without breaking the bank.

Mold issues
I'm dealing with a mold problem and can't get no one to come and fix it. It also states that utilities are included. NO THEY ARE NOT. PLUS YOU HAVE A VERY HIGH WATER BILL. I REGRET MOVING HERE. NOT WORTH IT
