Thank you so much for your feedback, I hope the treatment you received on Thursday will help with the mouse you have experienced. The cold weather sometimes makes them take shelter. The extra sealing on the exterior of the building and the extra... screens we put in the vents will hopefully alleviate this issue. As your new property manager Jay I am concerned when my tenants are having such problems and will make sure I stay on top of this issue and others along with our maintenance staff. We have been renovating the property over the last year and will eventually have most or all apartments resemble our pictures on line but not sure how long it will take since we only improve the units as our tenants vacate the property.
