Apartment review

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, storage room and small balcony (through sliding door) overlooking Park Heights Avenue. L-shaped Living room-Dining area. Kitchen has adequate work areas and "walking room". Gas stove and oven, with additional, separate over-stove oven. Strategically placed electrical outlets. Roomy bedroom. Work area at one edge of living room is very adequate for personal needs. Rug covers wood floors in Living room-dining room and bedroom. Shower over full... bath tub in bathroom. Hallway closet and bedroom closet both quite adequate. Faces east-southeast for sunlight during most of the day. Keyed entry from parking lot behind building.
