Cozy and quiet!

Leasing staff is very helpful. Quick maintenance response. Love my apartment small but cozy. My only complaint would be management looking into the floorboards as i can hear by neighbor above me walking in each room.

Great Location!!!

I love the location where I live! The office staff are awesome! Maintenance comes quickly when I call so no problems there. I have been here a year now, and I am right on the borderline between the city and Towson. I can walk to Towson it's so close! I have a basement apartment, and I like my apartment, especially the fact that the laundry room is directly across the hall from me it's so convenient! I would have liked though to have been able to get one on Falkirk Rd so that I could be in... the County :). However, my only issue is the people beside me smoke weed ALL the time, so when I walk into my bathroom, it reeks of weed which is annoying because I don't smoke and it sickens me. Other than that I have no problems.

Good for college students

The management staff are awesome, maintenance always comes when you call. However some basement apartments have issues with moisture and mold. I had to move out because I was getting sick. They wouldn't do anything about the moisture.
The walls are thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing which is unfortunate.
The layout of the apartments are very compact your kitchen is your hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. It can be tight, wouldn't recommend anyone with kids.
Good for... college students.
