The neighborhood is great and has a lot to offer. The apartment itself is nice and pretty updated, which I really appreciate. Most of the staff are super friendly, and maintenance has always been quick to fix any issues I've had.
One thing I’d suggest is trying to avoid an apartment that faces the courtyard since it can get pretty loud. Other than that, it’s been a good experience overall.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. This place has extreme issues with humidity (HVAC ventilation) and no follow up from the staff.

I will provide a more thorough review at a later date. Briefly, I have experienced issue after issue maintenance wise, have been displaced multiple times from my apartment without compensation or accommodation and have been in the dark communication wise from upper to local management. I unfortunately would not recommend Porter or Greystar to anyone.

My experience at Porter Street Apartments is wonderful.
The Residents are Wonderful and I enjoy seeing all the different breeds of dogs and being to form bonds with most of tge dogs by handing out doggie treats everyday.
The area is wonderful, beautiful and walkable.
