Apartments.com reviews seem fake

These reviews are not a reflection of the property or the way it’s ran. Tryko parters took over 2 years ago and it has been trial and tribulations ever since.

Most units have no heat in the winter and no AC in the summer due to faulty units being installed and never fixed. They will give you a heater for 300 sqft. Or a fan in the summer. My elderly neighbor had to call an ambulance due to heat exhaustion in her home.

The staff could care less and are totally helpless. If you can get in... contact with anyone all they will tell you is they will reach back out which they don’t do. Then you never hear from them again.

Great Property! Amazing Office Staff. The girls in the office are personable, professional and are funny. They make you feel comfortable, like home. They make you feel like your opinions, concerns matter

I really enjoy living here. This is my second apartment here at the club. I enjiy the privacy of this apartment very much as well as its a 2 bedroom. However, my first apartment was a 1 bedroom and I loved ur more. I say this to say all the apartments are great regardless of the size!
