Tall Oaks Apartments

The apartment for the most part was clean and well put together no major issues just minor things Maintenance came out to address in no time!!! The neighbors were friendly.
I also want to thank the Leasing Consultants Ms. Vivian and Megan not only were they professional and friendly but a great help making this transition possible!! I also would like to thank Residents Services as well! Tonya

I have been here for 1 year. Terrible experience. Weed smoking all day in the hallways, neighbors are loud and dirty. Neighbors leave their personal belongings in the hallway (towels, shoes, socks, laundry, toys, etcc...) hallways smell terrible from the dirty socks! maintenance men sneak into your apartment without permission or without leaving a notice and leaves things on the floor. I reported to the rental office and they laughed and told me its in my lease.. I asked if they would leave a... note she said not all the time. only reason she admitted to them coming in is b/c I told her I caught them on camera. I have been complaining about the backed up sewage.. my toilet is constantly overflowing. they lie and say its fixed but never rlly fix it. this morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom tub of SEWAGE WATER! My apartment smells horrible. I reported this at 9am, call at 2pm and no one still hasn't cleaned it up..... meanwhile the bathroom is flooding with sewage water and I haven't used my toilet in 4 days. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Read More
