Terrible Management

Lived here for 13 months. Used to be great in the beginning but the ownership switched companies and the new management is terrible. Had dishwasher broken for 2 months and no replacement or follow up. Same thing happened with my washing machine. Heard of packages being stolen. Just moved out (thank god). After you call for anything, they say they will get back to you but never follow up. My two friends live in Chasen's other buildings and they are experiencing the same things. If you can avoid,... avoid all chasen buildings because they will just take your money and not actually properly manage the properties they are supposed to.

Subpar

One word... AVOID. Went without a fridge for months from August to December. Very slow and unhelpful staff, who take their time to fix things and have no sense of urgency. Was told that there is only one maintenance person for over 300 units and that Chase companies management does not want to pay to fix their items. Multitude of other items have broken, and it is generally a subpar place to live. Don't be fooled by their nice photos.
