Worst possible place to live in the world
The elevator is broken every other week and not fixed in a reasonable time. Trash is not picked up and left in heaps in the alleyway (caught on fire last week). Multiple random alarms go off for months on end. Chasen Companies SUCKS. In one year the management company switched 4 times because no management company wanted this terrible monstrosity of a building.
