How Is This Rating Determined?

EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT

Mangement is extremely slow to respond. Quality of masonry and other work is poor. They promised to provide a mirror by Lululemon on arrival which they never gave, and the drawer knobs are absent since I moved in August.
