Horrible Experience

I moved in on a Wednesday after driving from Boston. I arrived to the unit covered in a layer of dirt on the floor, the freezer was completely full of a large block of ice, I did not have heat for 5 days. I still do no have adequate hot water. I was informed there would be laundry in building, there is currently none due to renovations not communicated to me. I rented a fully furnished unit that did not have any silverware or cooking utensils and was provided with a broken, cracked TV in the... bedroom. The bed provided did not have a box spring to support the mattress so it sagged between the two bars making it unsafe to sleep on. If i could give them 0 stars I would this has been the worst rental experience I have every had. Do not lease here.
