it’s not super great but deft affordable and I feel safe.
Honestly I don’t mind living here when I first moved in deft had a mouse issue but I called maintenance and they came immediately took a good maybe about a month to get rid of them. Trash is constantly overflowing due to not enough trash bins, but they do collect it first thing in the morning. It’s 15 min away from downtown, Owings mills, arundel mills it’s almost in the center of everything. Walking distance from giants, Wei’s, auto zone, gas station. Rent is reasonable, my water is super hot

Please find a better apartment
I have been living in the 1BHK for close to a year now. It is anything but horrible. The worst part is that they don't turn on the furnace until you freeze to death!
Yes, you heard it right. They don't turn ON the heater until they "feel" that it is cold enough.
I don't think it is worth the money that you pay.
You got to deal with the roaches, the poor building structure and other maintenance issues.
I am so glad that my lease is coming to an end and I can't wait to move out.

Affordable Townhome Living for Apartment Price!
Great townhouse for less then apartment pricing. Large Fenced in back yards. Easily accessible to public transportation and to local shopping. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Located in an excellent school district! The only downside is limited parking lot space. However there is ample street parking.
