It's a co-living space so you don't know who your roommates will be. All people don't have the same cleaning standards as you may have. The common area is something that would have to be talked about when you move in. I like to cook and clean up afterwards others may not.

the building is what I thought it would be nice quiet and comfortable. The amenities of the building are good just wish we had a gym inside of the building for us to use

Very seamless experience moving in with quick responses from management. Had a few snags with the condition of my apartment and a broken air conditioner. Maintenance was there in minutes, and my issues have been mostly fixed within a day or two. So far, this has been one of the smoothest apartment move-ins I've experienced.

Love the location on fells point the move in process is smooth some issues is the room is not a large as expected but the bathroom is nice. Only complaint is the I was not able to see the room prior to moving in.

Generally, it's a nice community. A bunch of good restaurants around and public transportation is very much accessible. The noise during weekendsis expected but tolerable.
