Wildwood Gardens Apartments

Maintenance process is terrible. They have a system to put in trouble calls, you can leave video, pics and a detailed statement on the issue. Problem is they dont use it correctly. They will send a random maintenance person with no info on your issue that barely speaks english. A neighbor had a cat and need a job done while she was working and asked, requested, and instructed them to NOT LEAVE any windows open during their exit. They left it open and her cat got out and was killed. The staff... treats the residents with No respect in regards to how the property is supposed to be handled. They know how to get you in there but that is just a facade. If you really want to know how it is...just ask the drug dealers in front of 4100 buildings. I've been here almost 4 years i cant wait to leave i only moved here because it was affordable and in the city close to alot of stuff for one its mice infested they send people out once a year and they make more mice come ,one year it rained really bad and I watched my ceiling fill up with water i called everyday and they didn't come until it fell down completely trashed my items and everything they did nothing about it,its mold all over the place they sent a guy to scrape it off it grew back... within a week, doors and knobs keep breaking then people smoke in the building and it stinks so badly i asked to move into a updated apartment i paid my rent each and every time for almost 4 years they told me yes but tried to show me a basement apartment I finally agreed then they told me no I cant move like why lie? The hallways are filthy and dirty im so over these apartments I cant wait to leave them. Read More

I am going on almost 3 years at wildwood I don't have anything bad to say the office staff has been excellent ,the maintenance comes when there is an emergencies,i can say they are on point and I may stay a few more years if they will have me.

I've been at these apartments before it was TMWG and since the new management I've had a minimum to no problems. The management and maintenance team responds quick, they are professional and will fix any problems you have. The neighborhood is quiet, have close transportation and the stores are in good distance. Overall this is a good place to live.

I was looking to find housing close to the City line. Wildwood Gardens was the perfect choice.

Not only is it an excellent value, but I'm in a two bedroom junior apartment with a gorgeous view of Leakin Park.

The management is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Wildwood Gardens Apartments to anyone seeking a new home.
