Gross!!

I'm waiting to move as soon as possible. No laundry room, machines barely work. There is trash all over my back patio, in the front and inside of the building. People doing drugs inside the building you have to step over them to get inside your house. When the mow the grass, they mow the trash. I've complained. Maintenance comes to your home after midnight banging on your door like police or criminals.

Horrible place to live if you have kids DONT CONSIDER !!!!

Management is horrible they don't think child safety is a priority. They have tenants who have been harassing and pulling guns out on all the children that plays in the area just for playing outside. Management have been notified multiple times about it and are doing absolutely nothing. Police are constantly being called to the tenants home because of this and management still does nothing. Sage management doesn't care about non of the tenants or children's well being or the up keep of their… properties they just want their rent every month. This is a horrible place to live look elsewhere if you care about your children's safety.

great location

Located in Woodlawn MD, the apartments at Woodlawn Village are perfect. They are in a great location, near many government agencies. Also, they are on the bus line and a quick drive to downtown Baltimore.
