OVER CHARGING WORKING TENANTS

ROACHES AND MICE INFESTED.
SOME APARTMENTS WERE TESTED POSITIVE FOR LED. IF I WORK U WILL BE PAYING MORE THAN 30% OF YOUR INCOME. REFUSE TO PAY FULL TREATMENT FOR INFESTATION. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR MOST MAINTENANCE ISSUES. BROWN WATER THAT SMELLS LIKE THE SEWAGE. CABINETS ARE ALL ATE UP BY TERMITES. NOT ENOUGH STORAGE ROOMS ARE SUPER SMALL. DRUG INFESTED. WE CANNOY COOK OUT ON THE GRILL, WE HAVE ONE PLAY AREA. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY ON GRASS. FIRE HAZARDOUS SCREEN WINDOWS. PLUS MUCH MUCH... MORE. IF YOU HAVE A JOB THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU.

Last Resort

Get ready for pests. These sixty year old apartments are cheap but you will get exactly what you pay for. I've had repeated issues with maintenance not fixing things: leaky window sills and ceilings, mice holes, brown water (or no water at all), circulation... But on the bright side, the neighborhood is not as noisy as it could be seeing as how it is Baltimore City. Two blocks west out are in suburbia but two blocks west you are in... Well...
