Management will say whatever they need to say to get you to sign a lease. Be aware that if it is not in writing, you will not get it or it might not be true.

Parking is awful. Not enough of it and small spaces, so you get a lot of door dings. You will end up paying for a reserved space.

Rodent infestations. This place is old and the mice are inbetween the walls and in the basements. We had them coming up through the voids in the HVAC room so we couldn't do anything about it.

Can I give this place less than a 1 star? Where do we start..there is absolutely no communication from management, they'll tell you the day before they need to come in your apartment the next day. They tell you that you must have your balcony cleared off because they've let the floorboards become so worn that they have to replace them, and a month later work hasn't even begun. The insulation might as well be made out of rice paper, so your heating bill we be astronomical, there aren't enough... parking spots, so you'll be battling your neighbors to see who can stay in one spot the longest, and their are rats, mold, flooding issues. While the apartments are spacious and the location is great, poor management really takes away from that. Seeing that this is my second Bozzuto complex, I am very surprised that Bozzuto employs a manager like this. Sylvia is very rude every time we interact with her, whether it be in person or over the phone and it takes her over 24 hours to put in a simple maintenance request. Coming from someone who works in the customer service industry, she is the completely wrong person to be in this... industry. She doesn't even know simple facts about the complex, like what the pool hours are. Had she been a part of the leasing process, we definitely would not have signed a lease. Just terrible. Read More

The apartment was nice enough for the rent. The location isn't very good. Make sure you read your lease carefully because the management can and will take advantage of you.

Management staff is extremely helpful. Apartments are a bit on the dated side and expensive. But overall, a good place and great location.
