Love this place!

I have lived at the Brody for about six weeks now and can't say enough about how great it is. The property managers, Nora and LaTasha, are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that all of our needs are met. It is clean, the other tenants are friendly and the amenities are excellent (gym, rooftop, etc.). Also, the concierge and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and actually know who you are. I am having a great experience. ~ Kim F.

Simply Amazing

We came to the Brody for a tour and we were completely taken away with everything. The service was amazing, we were completely taken care of the whole time especially by the Assistant Manager Jasmine! Can’t wait to move in soon!

Jasmine is the best!

I just met Jasmine ( property manager) and she was so attentive. She listened to me ramble on about what I was looking for in an apartment, and suggested a number of options for me. Such great help!

Too noisy to enjoy

I am routinely driven from my apartment by drilling projects that can take all day. We aren't provided notice in advance. It's a new building, so this was unexpected and is definitely excessive. In addition, on a daily basis, I hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. At this price point, I really expected a better experience.
