I have lived at the Metropolitan Apartments for two years and I continue to love it here. The most notable thing is how lovely and effective the members of the staff are. They are professional, kind, and take wonderful care of the building and the residents. The building is spotlessly clean all the time and maintenance issues are resolved instantly. The location is perfect - shops, transpotation, services, a free bus around town at our front door. So glad I picked it out of all the living... options that are available. It's the best.

We've lived at the Metropolitan for six years. Just began year seven. It feels like home. The location is the best in Bethesda - Metro, stores, etc.
We're eager for see what the pending two-year renovation brings, and inspite of the upheaval to get that done, we are excited about it.
The front desk staff are maintenance crew great. We look forward to better communication from the management with the many changes to come.

The community, leasing staff, and concierge staff members are all so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Having just moved in, I feel like I am joining a real community where people already seem to care about me and want to make sure that I’m okay. So far, I love it here! But take this review with a grain of salt; I only just moved in.
