I really enjoy living at The Metropolitan. The location is fantastic with its access to the Metro, shopping, restaurants, bike trails, the Bethesda Farmers Market, and more. And the staff is so kind, professional, and very responsive to any tenant needs.

The Metropolitan has the best location in Bethesday - Metro, transportation, public library, shops and groceries stores. One can walk everywhere - no need to have a car!

Love the location of the Metropolitan. Can't be beat for shopping and transportation.
The Metropolitan building is not trendy like the new buildings in downtown Bethesda, but it is solid and comfortable.
Would love it if there were more communication channels for the residents about updates and changes to the building. Inquiring minds want to know!

Here is just one example of the excellent experience I have at the Metropolitan Apartments...my bedroom closet shelves collapsed one day. I called at about noon to request a maintenance visit. LIterally by the same time the next day, the kind, professional and lovely maintenance ellow had it back to perfect. I love living here.
