Arcadian House

I’ve lived here a couple of years, and it’s not bad.
Roses:
-The price. You’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else this affordable.
-Friendly neighbors
-Friendly and responsive maintenance staff
-Free parking for one

Buds:
-Laundry room: The machines are coin operated with no machine to get money. The washers and dryers aren’t always in optimal condition. There’s a laundromat close by, though.

Thorns:
-Critters: Roaches and mice get in, but extermination comes
-This being an old building,... the insulation isn’t the greatest, so it can get very hot in the summer and cold in the interim before the heat is turned on (but that can be fixed with a heater). Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear noise from the hall or your neighbors.
-If you don’t drive it can be difficult to get around—especially at night—but it’s not impossible.
-Parking on the street can be a small risk. A couple of my neighbors had their cars broken into or their tires stolen. Read More

It's a fairly nice side apartment, nice closet place, but by it being an old faculty the walls and floors are made of old material. You could hear your neighbors conversation as if they're in your apartment.
