From the first visit to review the apartment to move-in, the experience at Brandywine Green has been wonderful. The apartment is charming and well kept. The grounds are well maintained; the location is peaceful and central to my shopping needs.

Staff have always been outstanding in resolving all issues. I’m always greeted worth compassion and smiles and resolutions when I visit leading office in person and the community is so peaceful for living after a hectic work day. I truly enjoy my space and look forward to coming to my unit I consider home

Brandywine Green is a beautiful community, great location, the property is well kept, the amenities are decent, love the staff and the communication to what’s going on within the community. If you want a clean convenient location to live the place is great. I do wish there was covered/assigned parking or a garage but overall for luxury garden style apartments the space is great.

I have lived here for over a year and happily resigned my lease! The Brandywine Green community is professional, friendly and fairly quiet. The Brandywine Leasing office is exceptional! Jamal, the property manager is professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful! Sheree and Shanice are equally proficient, insightful, and also have a wealth of information. The maintenance team ROCKS!!!!! They are efficient, timely, respectful, and they clean up after themselves! Not to mention they all work well... together, have great customer service skills and they always offer a friendly tone. I find myself stopping by at times just to say hello ??. Jamal does an amazing job hosting residential events to form bonds between us neighbors. The themes are always fun and exciting! We have a great time! As far as noise complaints.... I must say we have to give respect to multi-living communities. You may hear children crying, dogs barking, or walking overhead however, I have never been so bombarded with noise that I have had a need to complain. This is why I chose to resign my lease! I would recommend Brandywine Green Apartments without reservations! JAG Management, Jamal deserves to be recognized for the hard work he does here at Brandywine Green. It's not easy to deal with renters and all their special needs and requests however, he finds a baseline that will allow him to enforce your policy all while still remaining professional and considerate to all involved. Also, Sheree deserves to be recognized- this young woman is nothing short of amazing! She is the reason I decided to move here instead of the 2 other properties I was interested in. Her first email to me after I decided to move in was titled: Welcome Home ??. It warmed my heart. If you are searching for an apartment community, do yourself a favor and just make an appointment to come in and tour and you will find yourself writing a long review just like me lol. I must add- I never write reviews on anything not even Amazon but, I had to give credit where credit was due.
