Hello! We are 2 female professionals, looking for a 3rd female to move into our 5 bedroom townhome. We currently have 2 spaces/rooms available. Each have... their own private, full bathroom. One bedroom is the entire 4th floor. Benefits are a very large room with an ensuite bathroom, and is a very cozy space despite its large size. However, the bathroom and closet are on the smaller size. There is an extra closet rack available for this bedroom that can be placed in the room or on the steps for more clothing space. The other option is on the 3rd floor. Two bedrooms would be yours, which is ideal if you'd like an office. Benefits include one walk-in closet and another normal sized closet. However, the bathroom is not an ensuite, and the bedrooms are on the smaller size. You can pick either space you'd prefer! Furnished bedroom is an option for $75 more a month. About us- we are two 30-something professional women that are respectful and keep the common areas clean. We love cooking, plants, and chilling as we are both introverts. There is a 2 car garage for storage, and the finished basement has a guest suite if you have guests over, along with a treadmill/other exercise items (we tend to use as an exercise space). There is a furnished deck and a fenced-in yard. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Parking is free- you would park in the carport. Utilities and internet are not included in rent. Internet is $16.67 per person per month, and Utilities range from $50-$130 per person per month, depending on how much heat is used in winter. Water is quarterly and is around $100 per person.
