The complex is very filthy and the maintenance staff does not know what they are doing and they will remove your lock if they leave anything behind in your apartment. The neighbor above me walk so hard it sounds like he is about to come through the ceiling. You are better off living on the streets.

Management is great, maintenance is decent, and the neighbors are pretty good.
I only Have two issues 1 is with the pool not being operational. Ive been here going on 2 years and nothing has changed for the pool and there is no play area for the children other than that I love It
I wish We had washer and dryer inside the apt that would be amazing

Lived there for almost a year and it was a horrible experience. Supposed to come with a security alarm never worked would continue to go in and call the office and they never sent someone to fix it. I eventually gave up. The mechanical room door was always being unlocked since I was on the terrace level turns out someone was going in there doing who knows what. There's always kids in the supposed to be locked laundry room making a mess among other things. My Bathroom floor had water damage from... a pipe burst on the property. Never came to replace it. The playground is nothing like the picture and not child friendly. The office staff is very unfriendly rude and doesn't seem to know anything there's a new person every other month. I had to call the property lawyer for answers. They threaten eviction for as little as a $1.50...I cannot make this up. Besides the spacious floor plans the continuously rising rent and extra fees they charge just to renew or transfer I would not recommend this place to a soul.

I mean honestly the reviews of this place had me second guessing yet the best thing I could do was see for my self . The management is great I have had no issues with them. the maintenance crew is always on top of their game and its always police securing the area based on the locations you have your typical hang out folks liquor stores and gas stations. yet everyone gets along! I would recommend the place its SOOO SPACIOUS and affordable !! go fox club !!
