I move to this community February 2020. The apartment is spacious. I have great closet space and nice appliances. I recommend this community

Maintenance is horrible! You can call over and over again but they still won’t come out. When maintenance do finally come out they don’t give you notice when they are entering your apartment and what they are fixing. They have mice on the property exterminator comes out but does absolutely nothing. Then on top of all them problems parking is TERRIBLE you pay rent at a place and when you come home it’s never anywhere to park. Just don’t even bother wasting your time with this property.

This neighborhood is not excellent they do not fix anything. Mold and mildew everywhere . Mice and roaches . I have called the health department on this company . And bb&b. Trash everywhere in the buildings and the parking lot. the parking is horrible. The office staff this very rude and nasty and unprofessional rental charges every week if your late .

I moved in on May 4 and the apartment was not move in ready. There were missing blinds, missing screens, broken doors, and many other things wrong, and the unit was filthy. I have many pictures to corroborate my story. I was told to fill out a checklist and the things that needed to be done would be done within 24 hours and 72 hours for things that needed contract work. After countless emails and phone calls, many broken promises, escalating to the corporate level, maintenance men showing up at… my apartment in the middle of the night, contractors invading my space and leaving my lights on and turning my air on, adjusting the temperature, and leaving it running, 4 weeks later everything was finally done. I asked BDMG to prorate my rent to appropriately reflect the fact that I had to wait until 4 weeks later to get all of the repairs to my apartment completed, when they should have been done prior to my move in, and listed the many things that went wrong. I was given an offer of $200 rental credit, which I refused because it was an insult, and then was sent an offer for only $125! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S TENANTS! I did proper chain of command and escalation, and they DID NOT CARE! They are all in cahoots and on the same page, its a waste of time! I will continue to tell everyone i know, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
