    Good Starter. Tired of mice.

    I will start by saying the property is nice, in a ok area and has up to date appliances. That’s about where the pros end. Mice. Mice. Mice everywhere. (Only place I haven’t seen one is in the tub and sink) I catch one at least once a month sometimes twice. I like to keep a clean and neat home, how clean you are won’t matter because there is an infestation and so many holes from the poor improvement job that allow entry for mice. Management has a pest guy come once a month, but he’s vastly out… numbered. Good starter home if you don’t mind pest or have a cat. Maintenance guys are very helpful just a little slow on request. And management is easy to get in contact with.
