I will start by saying the property is nice, in a ok area and has up to date appliances. That’s about where the pros end. Mice. Mice. Mice everywhere. (Only place I haven’t seen one is in the tub and sink) I catch one at least once a month sometimes twice. I like to keep a clean and neat home, how clean you are won’t matter because there is an infestation and so many holes from the poor improvement job that allow entry for mice. I seen these townhouse prior to the new management and it was horrifying, trust me the parking lot was a dirt road and the whole complex needed a roof!!! The community is now clean, quite and rehabbed. Neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The upgrades aren't top of the line but are decent and new and work properly. I have only seen 2 mice and I purchased bait filled small holes with steel wool and peppermint oil and haven't seen one since! These are some of the cheapest townhomes you can find in Baltimore County and that’s what attracted me to this property . The model that they show you is in pretty good condition . HOWEVER when I moved in my townhome it looked noticeably different . Carpets were filthy, backdoor lock broken, mice infestation, compromised door frame, broken steps, and cracked windows just to name a few . Everything is outdated and management wants to do nothing to fix the property up . Maintenece does a half job... on anything they fix . Every building on sherring court is infested with mice. The landlord doesn't want to do nothing about it. They won't fix the holes where the mice are coming in from to help solve the problem. This place is for the dumps. Take your money elsewhere invest in something else. The maintenance here suck. I would never want anybody to come live in these places they're disgusting. I can't wait to move to get out of this place.
