Henderson Webb Maintenance Team

I recently locked my door with my key in the apartment and relative who had my spare key was unavailable Maintenance arrived 20 minutes after my call and opened door in pleasant and courteous .manner. I thought it would be a nightmare!

What Can I Say

This place has been one of the worst places to live. They patch even when it is clearly broken. There was a fire, and my apartment was damaged they never cleaned the carpet, air conditioner drainpipe broke, and they did not clean or replace the carpet. I am over this place.

Maintenance

This review is specifically for the maintenance crew that came to check out my sink when it started leaking. They were extremely polite and professional and got my sink fixed immediately. They even arrived at my apartment within hours of putting the service ticket in.

The first sign that no one cares

I thought perhaps my apartment search would soon come to an end. I loved the website and the spacious floor plans. Once I arrived on the property and witnessed the trash dumpsters located throughout the community. I was very disappointed! The community could be amazing if they took care of the trash. It is the first sign that no one cares!

Maintenance

I am very pleased with the maintenance here at Cedar Run. Whenever I have a issue with something in my apartment I never have to wait along time for them to come and fix anything. The best maintenance team ever.
