Choose Mountain Ridge A+

Henderson and Webb front office works hard. At pleasing and helping their residents. The maintenance team is strong and knowledgeable. They always handling issues on point. When tasks are out of reach they find any way possible to resolve problems.

Maintenance is on it!!

Whoever is in charge; or maybe they just got new techs. These guys know their stuff. I live here in 2017-18 and could barely get a filter changed. Now, this team is doing an awesome job. Every work order I’ve put in since being back has been taken care of, PROPERLY, and in a timely fashion. Great job guys. I really appreciate you all. - Ms. Penn

Maintenance

For the most, I find that the maintenance staff is very good; knowledgeable and experienced. Recently, there has been a water leakage from the air conditioning vent in the hallway. Mark came out, checked the issue and fixed it. A few weeks later, the leakage started again. Someone came out and fixed it again. Yesterday, it started leaking again. Then it stopped. I have not called again, but I will. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
