Great space, great location, great price!
We moved into shade tree trace about a month ago and so far we are very happy with out apartment. We has decided on the complex because out of the three locations in the timbers, shade tree was the only option with a washer and dryer. We had originally wanted a two bed two bath but they did not have the availability, so we took the risk of renting a one bedroom for my husband and I and now I'm so glad we did. The top floors have vaulted ceilings which make the room seem incredibly spacious. The... open concept bar are great for cooking and entertaining, and the storage is amazing throughout the entire apartment. I would give them a 5 if it weren't for the fact that the kitchen appliances and cabinets could use and upgrade from seventies to ninties and our carpet is pretty gross. Also you cant pay rent online which seems so stone age. I will say, the complex is also very quiet you rarely here your neighbors through the doors and or walls.
We lived in three apartments with three different companies and this is our favorite place by far.
