Bugs EVERYWHERE.

So the price is okay for the space, but the management is pretty bad. JE Smith Corporation owns the building, but they don’t care about any maintenance requests. I called in our leaky shower and the plumber called me to say he didn’t want to come all the way to College Park to fix it. So our shower has continually leaked for months now.
Also, it’s cockroach infested. Keeping a clean apartment doesn’t help at all. They bugs are everywhere, crawling on the ceiling, out of holes and out of drains.… The exterminator doesn’t fix anything, they just spray the grounds. Meanwhile the bugs are crawling all over the apartments.
