For starters, this is not smoke free housing. The walls are thin, the floors are even worse. People perform renovations at all times of the day regardless of who is under or above them. The condo association waits until the PD or another gov't program steps in to make pertinent decisions. Be prepared to smell weed constantly. The water is turned off for repairs almost every month. The place is just old and tired, the elevators shake every day. I suggest you search elsewhere.
