Nice and safe place to live . Easy to get in and out of parking garage helps . Just close to stores and eating places. Always has clean grounds around the building even with it being pet friendly. I can have my mail sent easily to places from here and I’m close to post office as well. I would always recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live. The gym and activity rooms are always available most of the time to relax which is nice. If you ever have a problem with something in... your apartment some will get on it right away.

Living in a residence has been a truly rewarding experience. It created a strong sense of community where neighbors quickly became friends, and everyday interactions turned into meaningful connections. The convenience of having amenities and shared spaces nearby made life easier and more enjoyable, while also encouraging social engagement and collaboration.

Living in Juniper has been great! I would want to recommend having an emergency line after hours to have access to someone who can help in the nightly hours with garage access etc. When the leasing office is closed there’s no other option or number to call when you may need help in the apartment community. Overall, Juniper has been peaceful, & a safe community.

Residents can simply call our main office number and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance to be connected with the on-call team.
