Overall, we’re very happy with our new apartment. The staff has been warm, helpful, and professional, the building is quiet, and the maintenance team has been excellent—quick to respond and very thorough.
My only disappointment was the move-in onboarding. When we arrived with the movers, our key fobs and parking passes didn’t work, and several things in the apartment weren’t functioning, including the thermostat. The thermostat can only be fixed by the manufacturer (Dwelo), whose support has... been slow and frustrating.
For a luxury apartment community at this price point, I expected everything to be verified and working before move-in. That said, we do love the apartment and community overall and hope the remaining issues are resolved soon.
