Overall, we’re very happy with our new apartment. The staff has been warm, helpful, and professional, the building is quiet, and the maintenance team has been excellent—quick to respond and very thorough.

My only disappointment was the move-in onboarding. When we arrived with the movers, our key fobs and parking passes didn’t work, and several things in the apartment weren’t functioning, including the thermostat. The thermostat can only be fixed by the manufacturer (Dwelo), whose support has... been slow and frustrating.

For a luxury apartment community at this price point, I expected everything to be verified and working before move-in. That said, we do love the apartment and community overall and hope the remaining issues are resolved soon. Read More

The initial experience in Juniper was and continues to be not too good. My handling by the listing supervisor was poor. His continued dogged refusal to examine my complaints ( all found to be legitimate) were solved by the apartment manager in matter of days. a matter of days.

Juniper is more than luxury living, its a community, a home. Year after year our neighbors gather and celebrate doing life together. Our kids feel accepted and loved and management's community driven style of leadership makes it a special place.

Our neighbors are always fighting. Other than that it’s been pretty decent. I love all the events planned. I sometimes wish that it would be taken into account that most people work during events like the brunch.

This area and the apartments are really great. There is always some sort of activity going on which makes it feel very lively. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy living here!
