They lost their employees that do cleaning around the apartment. People who live here throw their trash all over the parking lot when there is a clear dumpster available for trash. The washer and dryer are always broken. There is water and mold damage in the walls that the landlord refuses to fix the problems. There is also termites they have sprayed for once, though they are still present. The owner is trying to sell this monstrosity and says they are doing “inspections.” However, they are... lying and “duct taping” and half way fixing pipes or other issues so the bank or interested parties can view the property without the residents knowing. They don’t want to invest on fixing anything properly in hopes they can get out of this mess and sell the building to the next unknowing snuck. Highly don’t recommend, unless you want 20 people living in one apartment next to you. Occupancy is well over the limit in all most all apartments.
