Don't do it! U will regret it

Should be zero stars. Rude staff. Poor maintenence. Crime rate is going up. Nothing for kids to do. Turn over rate is very high

My name is Donita and I'm excited to be moving to Portside Apartments

Portside is excellent, I say that because I lived there before when they were under different management and the living arrangements were horrible.

Portside backs up the meaning of their name. The management staff are very kind and show that they are very sincere about their tenants and want them to be comfortable in living there. They make sure they give their tenants top quality when comes to what they provide as far as appliances, upgrades and update to the apartments themselves. What you… see online is what you will get when you go into that complex. I can't say that for other places I have lived. You will not be disappointed. I give them 7 stars

DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR ONLY CHOICE!!

I had been a resident since 2015, when i first moved it the place was a great place to live with good staff and maintenance...In 2018 Portside was sold to another company and its the worst ever, the staff could careless about your concerns and are very rude and it seems like staff changes weekly, there is no maintenance and when there is they are only there for a few days before they quit. I couldn't move out quick enough!!
Please avoid this place unless your very desperate and have no other… options...

Portside apartments is a joke. If you come to live here for safety, don't do it. It's OK for residents to violate their lease and get away with it. I give this place zero stars! And a big joke!
