I was so pleased when I came here and I love my apartment. The living experience is no different than living anywhere else except that it is extremely quiet. I've heard complaints but they are minor complaints...trivial. The management is fantastic. Tracy and Lynn will bend over backwards to see that you your needs are taken care of in a timely fashion. Even Purcell. a health insurance agent comes to assist you with any needs that you may have. I love it here. I hope i never have to... leave.

Feel like Victoria Park is not just a place to live, it's a place to call home. I have been very happy with my home (apartment) and feel cozy and extremely safe.
Don't wish to live anyplace else!!

I have lived at Victoria Park at Edgewater, for, 16 years! I am very satisfied with maintenance and all of the office employees! They are definitely very helpful, prompt and very friendly! They go the extra mile! They are suited for their jobs, to Help us Seniors! I find the good Socials they give us Residents, they work hard at, are fun and the food is delicious!

I lived in another Annapolis, senior living place, and it was not as well-managed as this community. I find the residence here, for the most part, are quite happy with their living situation as I am. Tracy Kruk is most accommodating and prompt to every request I have made. I was very pleased when she got the promotion to manager here.
