The actual apartments' aesthetic are nice, BUT once you move in, you'll recognize the cheap peel & stick tile, the uncentered light fixtures, the cracks in the opened cabinets, the shoddy plaster work. Just look near the elevators; cracks everywhere in the plaster/drywall. They didn't even think to install the type of thermostats with exhaust fans to push out cooking odors. The microwave exhaust fan does practically nothing. In a building with no breezeway and limited balconies, a system that... circulates odors outside of the apartment (not just circulates the air inside of it) is necessary.

And, why is the garage gate forever being broken? Can ppl not see or drive? You would think it would be easier, smarter, and more cost efficient for MURN to just install a garage door, and stop with these worthless gate arms where anyone can still enter. All this money being paid, yet this management company is cheap as hell in terms of building construction. Garage doors will also ensure building security and vehicle safety, but they seem to only care about collecting high rents and nickel-and-diming their tenants cause they can't seem to sell this properly out...with good reason.
