Great community to stay and very accessible to highways and shopping centers. Great way of handling requests. Amenities can be increased but I am happy with what we have now as well.

Wonderful and the location is tremendous. We live here 6 years and we are like a lot it. The access of the I-95 we can go to everywhere very fast.

We have had our ups and downs at the Paragon, lately staff has been making an effort to improve security and keep residents happy. We just renewed our lease and are looking forward to more time here.

Paragon at Columbia Overlook is a very pleasant community. Great location and quiet. I just renewed for 5th year. Office and maintenance staff is very responsive.
