I lived here for 2 years from 2020 to 2022 I only left to start my rental property business. I had an unexpected renter reach out and needed to fine an apartment for just a year until I can buy another house. I came straight back!

Do not move here. Impossible to get a peace of mind here. Walls are too thin. Alarm at the clubhouse goes off constantly during early morning hours waking my boyfriend and I up. Nothing has been done about it. Just today, it went off 7 times!!! Can hear neighbors talking and their TV through the walls. Hate it here. Do not let the aesthetic of the apartment fool you. That’s the only good thing to be honest. There are better options in this area.

The Paragon has a lot of positive features and we have seen many improvements with communication with the leasing office, the lifeguard at the pool this summer and the overall care for the building community since we moved in in March 2025. We happily renewed our lease when we saw our concerns were being answered and action was being taken.

I’ve had a positive experience living in this apartment. The unit is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a layout that works well for everyday living. The building is generally quiet and feels safe, and any maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable and professional manner. Management has been responsive when needed, and the overall environment is stable and respectful. It’s been a solid and reliable place to live.
