The apartment community is relatively clean, and the facilities appear to be well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I really appreciate. Overall, I think Orchard Park III offers a decent and comfortable living experience for the price.

Good school district. So attracts parents to move in a clean well maintained apartment community at a comparable higher rent compared to near by Appartments. But this community does not provide ample space for kids to play even though there is no community park with in 2 miles radius.
Other than this drawback, the maintenance team is professional and is easier to reach. Work done within 24 - 48 hours.

Thought it was a mixed community, but it isn’t. The pool is very small, No one ever hardly gets in. For as many kids that’s around this neighborhood. It should be some type of park or playground and it isn’t. They have a park for dogs but not kids.

Great spot for my first apartment!

I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process was and the patience my leasing agent, Khali had with me and the help she provided. The community here is great! It feels like a safe and secluded spot to live in Ellicott city area
