Run Away

This place has a serious roach infestation. The leasing office team is unprofessional. Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. The response time is 2-4 days so hopefully its not urgent and you are not without a refrigerator or toilet like I have been for several weekends. Do not do not do not live here.

Prospective Resident

Called and spoke with Jennifer by phone to inquire about Apts. She was very professional and assisted me with setting an Appt to view a unit. She also emailed me immediately all the information I would need to apply. When I came to view unit I worked with Cha-Kina who was very friendly and pleasant. I loved the unit, the building and the outside grounds as a whole. Everything appears to be very well kept. I can see myself living at Remington Place Apts. I am basically just waiting for the type… of unit I am looking for to become available, so I can make my move. I am excited this can be my new home.

TERRIBLE

Property manager is rude and unprofessional. She’s never on site due to being else where. Your packages are going to get stolen, there’s dog poop on the floor and people smoking in the hallways , find somewhere else if you like you and your things to be respected.

Peace of mind

I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how it’s managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. Its not until I step out of my apartment do I hear any of my neighbors. I’d never thought I would be so comfortable… in an apartment. There’s nothing like having peace of mind where you lay your head. I am so happy here!

ROACHES !!!

This property is INFESTED with roaches !! It doesn’t matter if you bomb your unit you will still have roaches !! They are even in the hallways
