Great community

We love living here. Katrina, Jordan and all of the staff are great and very helpful. Frederick is becoming very pricey, but if you want a nice, safe place to live, consider this community.

Terrible

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else except for here. The office staff is extremely rude and careless. They don’t respond to voicemails or emails. Quite frankly they don’t care about anyone. The water bill stays high year round. Management needs to hire new staff that actually care about customer service and treating people right. Renovations are also way overdue in the buildings.

Love living here! It's in a good location near the elementary school and close to everything. Easy access to the highways and shopping. Maintenance crew is excellent!

It’s very quiet at times. Limited parking. Can be hassle but otherwise good. Maintenance is excellent.outside is always looking beautiful. Floors always getting mopped.

The leasing staff was professional, patient and accommodating to our difficulties with the application process.

Management should consider training them in the actual application. No one could answer our on line questions - including the cumbersome pet app.
