Conditions of buildings exteriors are looking bad, like stairways, building entrances, etc. Also, the perimeters needs to be cleaned more often, like blowing common areas. Some trash is for months in the perimeter, on the stairways and walkways.

Sawyer flats is a great place to call home! The location is good between two town centers as well as the quick access to I 270. The maintenance team and the leasing office are very responsive.

I recently had the pleasure of referring a loved one to apply for an apartment in this community. They were super excited and pleasantly surprised about how easy the process was. After living here for three months now they are so happy they chose to do so and would recommend others to do the same.

Great place, clean environment and quiet neighborhood. Very welcoming professional staff. Just a walking distance to restaurants, movies, park.
