The Staff at Fairway vista is like a family to me especially Lisa she has gone over and beyond for me when ever i need i appreciate everything Lisa and the Fairway vista staff has done for me Thank you.

A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

My wife and I have been here for 10 years and find the Facility usually very quiet and well taken care of by ownership and rental management group. As with any rental
complex, there may be an occasional issue or disturbance but each incident has been dealt with swiftly as we are under a new Management team so any problems in the past are long resolved. Melissa is the new Property Manager and her office staff stay on top of any issue that might pop up. Roberto and the New Maintenance Crew are… always available to fix any problems which seldom arise. Many of the apartments are being refurbished as they become empty! Rents are better than most in the area, and Yes, I have checked! Good luck!

Great place to live!

I've been a resident of Fairway Vista Apartments for a couple months and I'm very happy here. The apartments are clean, spacious and lots of natural light. The office staff, Melissa, Lisa and Jessee, are very helpful and great to deal with. Roberto and Trenton the maintenance men, are exceptional, quick to respond and trustworthy. I highly recommend Fairway Vista Apartments!

Trash, blood and broken glass

The place is expensive and there's always trash everywhere. Police are here all the time and even raid apartments for drugs. At one point there was a large streak of blood on the main entrance door and even after notifying management several times it was never cleaned up. It ended up drying and flaking off after some months. Also, someone dropped bottles on the top stairwell leaving broken glass everywhere. Again, after notifying the management office several times it was never cleaned up. They… just left broken glass on the stairs for a year. And now they are charging tenants a fee to use the pool. It's obvious the owner/management only care about you rent check so if you like police raids, blood, trash and broken glass, then this is the place for you.
