Good

Mountain Glenn is a very good place and they help people in the people who work in the office like Miss Kim and everyone like that and Miss Dawn and Help With what they can and they really show a lot of respect when you come into the office. They treat you with respect they help you with things. The maintenance team is very good. They fix things when you put in the maintenance request order doesn’t take them long to fix it or come on come out to your unit to fix things. I just gotta say that… this has been a good experience staying with Mountain Glenn and I’ve been there almost 2 1/2 years going on three and I really, really love where I live at as big as spacious. Not nothing more I could ask for.

I have lived here for almost a year, maintenance issues are fixed quickly, quiet neighborhood with good access to all you need. Fairly priced as well.

Maintenance Nightmare

I lived there for 5 years and they denied maintenance requests they didn't want to do and did a poor job with the ones they did. Nicer properties will paint and replace the carpet every five years. Mountain Glen will give excuses to not do it, when if you're a good tenant. I was never late once but I was treated like they didn't value my business. Stay away.

I LOVEEEEEE ITTTTTT

I've lived here for 3 years and I can definitely see a change in the property. The office staff is always very kind and helpful. The new leasing agent Kim is so kind and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond whenever I call with an issue with my apartment.

Have lived here almost a year now. Office staff is always very eager to handle any concerns I may have. Joanne and Kathy are very knowledgeable and caring. Maintenance does a great job and very efficient.
