From where I lived before to where I am now it is a night and day difference. Everything from the parking lot to my apartment is cared for and clean. Everyone from the office to the maintenance personnel are professional are willing to help you and answer your questions even if they’re busy. Any maintenance is handled swiftly generally 24 to 72 hours resolved.

I have lived here for only six months and I love living in this community. I am impressed by all the staff with whom I have worked from the leasing staff who were very attentive and offered me great options of townhouses to the maintenance staff who provided great snow clearing and now lawn care to the responsiveness of stafff when I had a maintenance need. The atmosphere living here is lovely, calm, clean, beautiful and safe.

My wife and I truly enjoy living at The Park at Walnut Ridge.Great location, friendly diverse community. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to listen and help when they can..they also sponsor lots of fun family events...great way to meet your neighbors! I would definitely recommend The Park at Walnut Ridge to anyone searching for a new place to call home!
