Newer building is better
The older buildings along the street have very old dirty carpet, smelled like old tobacco, the structure seemed shoddy, and there were cockroaches in the building. The newer building from 1990 looked decent, but it seemed like a good many tenants were heavy drug users, which no judgement, but as a recovering person myself it's an environment I personally am not comfortable with.
