Run do not Walk away from this place

We have lived here for 6 years, and the property has changed ownership 4 or 5 times. The staff is constantly hiding in the office when they show up for work and the maintenance staff is non existent. After they did the rush renovations, I was left without a working bathroom fan, outlets in the kitchen that are not working and puncture holes in the ceiling, its been almost a year begging for fixes and nothing has been done. Every request brought to their attention is quickly removed from the… system and marked as complete with no intention of fixing. The tenants they allow to move in are even worse. I can go on for days but nothing will change.. run just run from here.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE HIGE SCAM !

I had a very disappointing experience living here. The apartment had ongoing issues with roaches and mice, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. Maintenance requests were either ignored or took far too long to be addressed, and many problems were never properly fixed.

Communication was also a major issue. It was difficult to get clear responses or updates, and follow-ups often went unanswered. My interactions with the leasing agent, Mida, were frustrating due to the lack of… responsiveness and professionalism.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed place to live.

JUST MOVED INTO THE SLUMS

Moved into an apartment that has an infestation of roaches and bed bugs. There is also a huge spot of mold in one of the closets. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

beware of this complex! look else where

My apartment was flooded for more than a week while I lived on the bottom floor. I had to rent a carpet shampooer to suck up all the water off a portion of the carpet and when they finally showed up they only brought a fan to fix the flood. Like yes that’s going to fix everything. Maintenance was very poor, treadmills we’re constantly broken. While I was on top of my apartment in keeping it clean. Still had baby roaches coming from god knows where and one tiny mouse showing up every once in a… while. Terrible place. They don’t care. Only want to lock you in to get money.
