Hillside Senior Apartment Homes

This morning, I just ran into another wonderful senior citizen moving into our community! So I guess the secret is out- Hillside is a wonderful place to live! I love my porch area, early morning and early evening birds singing. My shower has safety rails and is easy to step into. My kitchen has lots of plug ins. The bbq and pool area courtyard is a perfect place to walk or to sit and enjoy being outside. The community room is clean and inviting with coffee or tea and tv, computers, library,… exercise and laundry room, and the office where you’ll find the most helpful and endearing yet professional people that makes you feel so welcomed. Veronica, the excellent office manager is very approachable and available, Raven, the leasing professional , amazes me with her attention to details and work ethics. Tonya, the area supervisor, even assisted with my lease making the tedious process much smoother, and made me feel so welcomed! The community is quiet. Like many companies & buildings, it is still recovering from COVID era and the outside is scheduled to be power washed, but the apartments on the inside are clean and feels like home. My mobility scooter can fit in the kitchen, bathroom and all over the unit. The shower puts out good water pressure without it being too much or too little. The air conditioning and the heat are individually controlled so I love being able to make it comfortable for me. I really love that all utilities are included!!!!! And there is a lot of parking. And Aldi’s grocery, Honey Baked, Asian Resturant, & MVA is right down the street. I see busses for adult daycare come in the community where some people may go during the day I think. I see Kings Laundry picks up and drops off laundry from here even though we have a nice laundry room here. And grocery stores deliver here right to your door if you need that.
I love sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling window. My porch is my happy place! Hillside offers much more than other senior places in my opinion.
