Brighton Village

We’re excited to be moving to Brighton Village. The apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is lovely, and the community feels welcoming. It’s great to see a diverse community, including many Indian families.

The move-in process has been mostly smooth, though we had a few minor issues. A couple of items in the apartment needed attention, and some areas could have been cleaner. Also, email responses from the leasing office can be a bit slow at times. One point still under discussion is the... referral bonus timing.

So far is been great. The leasing agents are very nice, kind and professional but John went really above and beyond. The buildings and community are always clean, maintance team are very efficient, and units are well maintained
Haven't lived here for long but I can say is a really good place, we feel safe and comfortable

nice neighbors, no fear of the community in any way, lots of families which makes it a nice environment, biggest downside is there's only 2 washers and dryers for the entire building.

Maintenance is fast and the application process is easy. It is an old building so the toilets are small and not powerful. Laundry is wayy too expensive, paying about $6 each load you wash and dry and the machines are small too. The place is nice, I suggest getting a unit with hardwood flooring. Overall I would recommend a stay here as the price is very competitive, perfect balance between cheap and quality.

Beautiful apartment homes close to the center of town, trails, food, metro bus. Clean, presentable. I love the activity room and the gym. Staff is pleasant & professional. Maintenance team responds promptly and rectify the issue.
