Verified Renter

Maintenance is fast and the application process is easy. It is an old building so the toilets are small and not powerful. Laundry is wayy too expensive, paying about $6 each load you wash and dry and the machines are small too. The place is nice, I suggest getting a unit with hardwood flooring. Overall I would recommend a stay here as the price is very competitive, perfect balance between cheap and quality.

Great community

Beautiful apartment homes close to the center of town, trails, food, metro bus. Clean, presentable. I love the activity room and the gym. Staff is pleasant & professional. Maintenance team responds promptly and rectify the issue.

Pests

Since move in, we have had issues with pests, from roaches to mice. Maintenance and pest control is slow to respond to the issues, and the staff in the leasing office hasn’t taken the problem seriously. If you want to live here, be prepared to buy your own traps to control the pests in your unit in a timely manner.

Good place to live. The community is nice and it’s close to the market which makes the location very convenient. The management can work on improving the laundry machines as alot of times the machine are out of service

Great Community!

Moving in Brighton Village and I've really been enjoying what I've experienced from this area so far. John is a great person and knows people and he's been of great help in getting me moved in. Brighton staff are lucky to have him. I look forward to living here!
